The active and trailblazing Principal of Chrismic Model College opp OAUTHC phase 3 Oremeji street in Ile Ife, who doubles as the founder of a socio-political organization named Ayewa Grassroots Development Initiative; in person of Comrade Adeyemo Gideon nationally known as Ayewa, a media guru, script and content writer has commended the active performance of the law maker representing Ife federal Constituency Hon. Taofeek Abimbola Ajilesoro for his recent consecutives developments glowing in Ife Federal Constituency.

Principal Adeyemo Gideon praised heartily the encompassing empowerments done by the law maker and his mission towards re-awakening the educational strength of our students in Ife Federal Constituency.

Comrade Adeyemo Gideon who is very optimistic, secretly announcing to the public that before the end of this term, the school will be introducing to the pupils/students another dimension of learning called GAMIFICARION IN EDUCATION.

He was able to convinced the presence of teachers the need and how importantly imminent to start using games to teach some subjects in schools.

Comrade Adeyemo Gideon boldly affirmed that soonest the public will see the great work of the serving law maker amidst the private school teachers in Ife Federal Constituency.

Furthermore, the Principal of Chrismic model college Comrade Adeyemo Gideon solicits for policy that will improve the standard of living of private school teachers in Nigeria.

The Principal who is the founder of Ayewa grassroots development initiative an organisation who is into welfare ministry touching lives with food stuffs & cash especially the aged is seriously bittered for the nonchalant attitude of federal government to private school teachers in Nigeria. He said private school teachers are going through hell, hard to eat, hard to pay bills, and the certainty of a glorious dreamed future is very blurred and unrealistic. Nothing favours private school teachers in this country and we are loyal to paying our taxes as teachers, schools to the state government yet denied of benefits. Comrade Adeyemo Gideon in his expression pitied ourselves as teachers. He said he entered into JSS 3 class this week and pray that they will become Doctor, lawyers, pilots, engineers and teachers but could not say amen to them becoming teachers because they see us suffering living in poverty. We work from 7:30 am – 6pm for us to feed our family in a little way. We dear not buy cloth from our salary otherwise we suffer for that month- what a life!

Parents do not see future and even cursing any of their children who want to choose career in the teaching industry. Teachers find it difficult to live in and rent 2 bedroom flat of #250,000. Land lords or ladies do not give house to teachers anymore. Those who have learned tailoring etc could not afford buying of equipments and renting of shops hence their continuity in the teaching line. Things are getting worse. Debt upon debt encroaches. Teachers have spent their salary before they will collect it and borrow again to sustain till month end.

Comrade Adeyemo Gideon said he will be happy if the active law maker can raise this great concern to make government come up with a policy that will better the lives of private school teachers in Nigeria. He said Ife Federal Constituency will never forget him if this is achieved at the green chamber.

However, while we are waiting for a saviour like Moses, he beseeched his co-teachers to engage in other petty work or business that will add to the family sustainability.

Conclusively, at the seminar assured teachers of God intervening in our predicament. He said this is not the time to give up rather time to trust in God for remembrance. Comrade Ayewa preaches team work, hard working, discipline, effective prayers, moderation and constant health check up and rest when the body demands for it.

Again he promised the teachers present to strongly deliver their request to the performing law maker for quick inclusion and remembrance in the next empowerment. He encourage the law maker to continue good delivery of democratic dividends.
